●Submission of a Full Paper (hereinafter "FP") or an Extended
Abstract (hereinafter "EA") should be made through Paper Submission System (Editorial Manager). When submitting a FP or an EA, we will confirm your desired presentation format (oral presentation or poster presentation). However, depending on the selection of the Editorial Subcommittee, your request may not be met. ●Those wishing to give an oral presentation must submit your FP by September 30, 2025. If your FP is accepted after peer review and selected by the editorial subcommittee, you will be required to pay the participation fee by May 31, 2026. If you are not selected to give an oral presentation, we will ask you to give a poster presentation. ●Those wishing to give a poster presentation must submit your paper by November 30, 2025 for EA. If your paper is accepted after peer review and selected by the Editorial Subcommittee, you will be required to pay the participation fee by May 31, 2026. Those who wish to present posters can also submit FPs.. Please note that poster manuscripts to be displayed at the venue do not need to be submitted in advance. Details of how to display the posters will be announced once the poster presentations have been decided. ●Please prepare and submit your FP in 5-8 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables, and photos, in accordance with the guideline (guideline_FP_IP2026-e) and format (format_FP_IP2026) posted on the INTERPRAEVENT 2026 website. In addition, an abstract of your FP no more than 2 pages should be prepared and submitted (using the format (format_EA_IP2026)). ●The FPs of those who have been accepted after peer review and paid the participation fee will be published digitally as a special issue of the International Journal of Erosion Control Engineering, the JSECE. In addition, the abstracts of the FPs will be published digitally on the INTERPRAEVENT 2026 abstract website and, after the conference, will be published digitally as official proceedings on the INTERPRAEVENT headquarters website. ●Please prepare and submit your EA in 2-5 pages in A4 size, including figures, tables, and photos, in accordance with the guideline (guideline_EA_IP2026-e) and format (format_EA_IP2026) posted on the INTERPRAEVENT 2026 website. The EAs those who have been accepted after peer review and has been paid the participation fee will published digitally on the INTERPRAEVENT2026 abstract website and, after the conference, will be published digitally as official proceedings on the INTERPRAEVENT headquarters website. ●The INTERPRAEVENT 2026 abstract website, scheduled to open in September 2026, will be available to those who have paid the participation fee. However, the site will be closed for a certain periods of time after the conference, so it will not be available for long periods of time. ●Details of the student award will be announced in the 3rd Circular. |
